Role Description
Function: Finance
Reports to: Business Finance Lead
Partner with Business & Finance head and create monthly & annual operating plans and ensure timely submission of the plans to the central teams.
Own and deliver in-depth analysis of the overall financial and operational performance of the business (Financial, Operational, Marketing, Sales, etc.), identify red flags and propose ways to bridge them
Ensure analysis findings are actioned upon and continuous feedback is collected and utilized to fine-tune the approach
Solve business problems and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data
Track performance against plan, provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps
Build dashboards/coherent scorecards to drive strategic thinking in the category
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business and improve processes
KRAs:
Generating accurate and meaningful analysis and actionable insights
Timely submission of AOP forecast
Monthly performance reviews
Candidate Profile
Must have 3 - 8 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments, preferably in a high-growth start-up or e-commerce company.
Qualification: CA/CWA/MBA Finance
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge and, ability to navigate large volumes of data. Knowledge of R/Python will be an added advantage.
Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills
Strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills.
