Role Description

  Leading accurate and timely adherence to GST, Customs compliances and filing of refund applications
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Plan to bring out the process excellence in the area of GST Compliances
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Implement projects for process improvement in company tax procedures, business continuity, tax planning initiatives, etc.
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Preparation of Compliance Packs and the Audit Packs to effective handle the department visits / audit requests
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Working closely with Tech team to enable system modifications as per regulatory requirements
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Represent the organization before tax authorities & internal stakeholders
  
  
  

• 
  
  
  
  Partnering with business on tax planning and advising
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Implementation of mechanisms and controls to ensure tax compliances
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Accurate and timely indirect tax compliances

  Liaise with tax authorities and consultants on various indirect tax matters

  CA / LLB with Commerce background in Graduation
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Should have 3-5 Yrs of post-qualification experience, preferably in an MNC or a big consulting firm

  Experience in e-commerce and retail chains preferred
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  Experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management
