Job Description
Role Objective
To lead and manage all government liaisoning activities for land acquisition, project approvals, statutory clearances, and regulatory compliances within the Real Estate Division to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government & Authority Liaisoning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Urban Development Authorities
- Municipal Corporations
- Town & Country Planning Department
- Revenue Department
- RERA Authorities
- Pollution Control Board
- Fire & Safety Department
- Electricity & Water Authorities
- Ensure timely approvals and smooth coordination with local, state, and central authorities
2. Land & Project Approvals
- Manage land conversion (NA), zoning, and land use approvals
- Obtain layout sanctions, building plan approvals, and occupancy certificates
- Ensure compliance with RERA registration and related documentation
- Handle title verification coordination with legal team
3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Real Estate laws, municipal regulations, and environmental norms
- Track validity and renewal of licenses and approvals
- Handle inspections, notices, and legal correspondences
4. Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution
- Identify regulatory risks that may impact project timelines
- Proactively resolve government-related bottlenecks
- Handle critical escalations with senior authorities
5. Stakeholder & External Relations
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials
- Maintain strong rapport with district administration and local bodies
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project teams
6. Leadership & Reporting

- Lead the liaison team across multiple projects
- Develop approval tracking systems and MIS reporting
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project clearance status
