Spinny - Group Product Manager/Product Director

Now in our pre-IPO growth phase, we're scaling our platforms and teams to power the next chapter of Spinny's journey.
Role:
At Spinny, supply is where everything begins - how we source cars, inspect them, price them, and make sure each one meets our promise of trust and quality. We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the supply-side product charter. The role demands a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational depth, and comfort with data. You'll be shaping the systems that power vehicle procurement, partner experience, pricing intelligence, and inventory flow across cities.
What You'll Own:
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy for vehicle sourcing, inspection, pricing, and supply lifecycle.
- Build tools and automation that help our sourcing and operations teams move faster and smarter.
- Partner with Business, operations, analytics, and engineering to simplify workflows and scale supply.

- Define key metrics - top of the funnel, lead conversion, sourcing efficiency, pricing accuracy, TAT amongst others - and use data to guide every decision.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and translate them into product opportunities.
- Build scalable platforms for engagement, acquisition, and inventory readiness.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate shifts in supply patterns.
- Mentor PMs within the team, set high standards for execution, and build a product culture rooted in ownership and learning.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 7-10 years in product management, including 1-2 years leading a team or vertical.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute a long-term product roadmap - balancing quick wins with foundational bets that scale.
- Hands-on experience with discovery and user research - translating customer and partner insights into clear product priorities.
- Deep understanding of marketplace or operations-heavy businesses - ideally in automotive, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation and measurable outcomes.
- Track record of leading PMs and fostering a strong product culture focused on outcomes, collaboration, and ownership.
- Proven ability to convert ground-level operational problems into clean, scalable product solutions.
