Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  ○ Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, UX/UI designers,

• engineers,Clients etc.) to gather and document detailed business requirements,
• product specifications, and user stories.
• ○ Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide
• recommendations to enhance product functionality and usability.
• ○ Perform gap analysis between current and future product states.

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  ○ Work closely with the Product team to define product features and prioritize them

• based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
• ○ Participate in product roadmap planning and ensure that business requirements
• are well-aligned with product goals.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  ○ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and

• other cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are understood and
• prioritized.
• ○ Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones,
• and any changes to the project scope.

• User Story Creation and Documentation:

  ○ Create and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to

• ensure a clear understanding of the product features.
• ○ Ensure that all requirements are well-documented and maintain an up-to-date
• knowledge base for the product team.

• Testing and Validation:

  ○ Assist in the creation of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to

• ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• ○ Work closely with QA teams to verify that product features are delivered
• according to specifications and business needs.

• Data and Metrics Analysis:

  ○ Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for

• improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
• ○ Create reports and dashboards to track the products progress, feature adoption,
• and overall success.

• Continuous Improvement:

  ○ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in product

• management and business analysis.
• ○ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, product
• enhancements, and innovations.
