Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator who will primarily handle customer interactions and ensure smooth communication between buyers, sellers, and the operations team. Alongside customer support, the role involves light marketing activities such as posting listings, coordinating content updates, and supporting basic digital promotions.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support (Primary Responsibility)


  • Respond promptly to buyer and seller inquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, chat, and the uFurno app.
  • Guide customers through purchase or service-related processes with a customer-first approach.
  • Track order status and coordinate with the Operations Lead for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Manage post-service queries, feedback, and concerns to maintain high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, customer records, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams on customer issues, trends, and operational bottlenecks.

Marketing Support (Secondary Responsibility No Sales Involved)

  • Post product listings and updates on social media platforms and online portals.
  • Upload product descriptions, images, banners, and updates on the uFurno platform.
  • Assist in creating basic marketing content (e.g., simple creatives using Canva) for digital posts.
  • Support execution of simple digital promotions, reels, stories, or informational posts on Instagram/Facebook.
  • Share daily/weekly reports related to customer inquiries, engagement, and platform activity.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and market trends to help refine marketing and service strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, CRM or chat-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between customer support and content/marketing tasks.
  • Fluency in English + one local language (Kannada/Hindi preferred).
  • Basic understanding of social media handling, posting, and simple content creation.
  • Familiarity with Canva, basic photo editing, or digital content tools is an advantage.
