Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of the assigned branch in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include managing branch staff, driving business development initiatives, meeting sales and revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a results-driven and proactive approach.
Qualifications

• Team management, leadership, and ability to foster collaboration within a branch
• Skills in business development, sales strategy implementation, and meeting financial targets
• Strong customer relationship and client management skills
• Understanding of financial products and services, preferably in the MSME sector
