The Sr. Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for executing recurring administrative, transactional, and operational activities that support UKG’s global partner ecosystem. This role helps ensure that partner records, agreements, leads, commercial programs, financial workflows, and operational items are processed accurately, consistently, and on time.
Working across UKG’s partner organizations, this individual will support multiple partner motions and cohorts while collaborating with onshore partner operations leaders, partner-facing teams, finance, legal, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The role is designed to provide scalable offshore execution for run-the-business activities while escalating exceptions, risks, and highly complex issues to the appropriate onshore owner.
- Key Responsibilities
- Process recurring operational requests and maintain accurate records across designated systems and workflows.
- Complete routine administrative, data-entry, validation, and documentation activities in accordance with established procedures and service-level expectations.
- Review submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and required approvals; identify missing or inconsistent information and route exceptions for resolution.
- Support intake, qualification, approval, contracting, onboarding, lifecycle, and offboarding workflows.
- Maintain account, contact, hierarchy, geographic, agreement, status, renewal, and termination data in Salesforce and other designated systems.
- Enter, update, and track leads and related records; perform routine account matching, data-quality reviews, and attribution clean-up.
- Prepare recurring files, reports, and data submissions for commissions, referral fees, program administration, forecasting, billing, and financial operations.
- Support commercial program administration, including fee and billing files, payout preparation, vendor or program tracking, and payment issue follow-up.
- Monitor and manage assigned support queues, respond to routine inquiries, and route non-standard issues to the appropriate owner.
- Support operational activities for technology, broker, services, GPO/PE, and other business programs as assigned.
- Maintain process documentation, operating checklists, knowledge articles, and status trackers; suggest opportunities to simplify or automate repeatable work.
- Use established controls to protect data quality, maintain auditability, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Take on additional administrative and operational responsibilities as the operating model evolves; responsibilities may extend beyond the initial task inventory based on business needs.
What Success Looks Like
- Recurring operational work is completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed service levels.
- Records, agreements, leads, financial files, and operational trackers are complete, current, and reliable.
- Routine work is handled independently, while exceptions and higher-complexity issues are escalated promptly with the relevant context.
- Processes become easier to execute, document, measure, and scale over time.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in operations, sales operations, commercial operations, business process support, finance operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to follow defined processes, manage recurring work, and meet deadlines across multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to identify incomplete, inconsistent, or anomalous information and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, business systems, and operational trackers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across geographies, functions, and time zones.
- Comfort operating in a changing environment in which processes, systems, and responsibilities will continue to evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, software, or other B2B operating environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, ERP, workflow, ticketing, or partner-management system.
- Experience supporting intake, contracting, onboarding, lead management, data quality, billing, commissions, or similar operational workflows.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Experience documenting processes or identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, analytics, or a related field.
