Role Overview:
You will drive business excellence and process transformation by simplifying workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI-driven automation, managing transformation programs end-to-end, and leading change management efforts. You will partner with stakeholders to align strategies, track impact through clear metrics, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Role:
Business Excellence & Process Transformation:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations, Tech) to map end-to-end processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual dependencies.
- Drive simplification, standardisation, and redesign of workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

- Eliminate redundant and low-value activities, enabling teams to focus on high-impact work.
AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation:
- Identify, recommend, and prioritise practical AI use cases across functions to improve productivity, decision-making, and execution.
- Assess where AI and automation can meaningfully replace or augment manual effort.
- Partner with Tech, Data, and Product teams to pilot, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions.
- Stay current on AI trends, tools, and applications relevant to business operations and efficiency.
Program Management & Execution:
- Own cross-functional excellence and transformation programs end-to-end, from problem definition to delivery.
- Define clear goals, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Drive disciplined execution, ensure adoption, and sustain outcomes post-implementation.
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership:
- Act as a trusted thought partner to functional leaders by translating business challenges into scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
- Influence and align stakeholders across levels without direct authority.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Metrics, Impact & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics (time saved, cost reduction, cycle time improvements).
- Measure ROI and impact of business excellence and AI initiatives.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by institutionalizing learnings and best practices.
Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Business Transformation roles.
- Strong exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a business context.
- Ability to understand AI capabilities and limitations and translate them into practical, scalable business applications.
- Strong, structured problem-solving and execution mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
