Job Description
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise and corporate applications across various business domains.
- Ensure systems are operational, secure, and optimized for business use.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across Finance, SCM, HCM, and Risk domains.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, consultants, and analysts.
- Empower Emarati team members through structured training, mentoring, and career development programs.
- Promote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
- Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting, enhancements, and minor configurations.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor system health and performance, and implement improvements as needed
- Support business teams with access to reliable, timely data through data warehousing and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure dashboards and KPIs are accurate and actionable.

- Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities.
