Profile overview: Ultimez is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in growth marketing, SEO, and content strategy to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. In this role, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies, optimize content for search and conversions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital presence.

Responsibilities

Growth Marketing & Engagement:

• Execute campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Use SEO, email marketing, paid ads & community-building for user acquisition.
• Track and optimize KPIs like organic traffic, CTRs, and retention.
• Implement lead generation to grow subscribers & brand loyalty.

• Create and optimize SEO-driven content on blockchain, fintech & Web3.
• Edit & audit content for accuracy and engagement.
• Craft compelling headlines, meta descriptions & CTAs.
• Research trends for relevant, high-impact content.

• Conduct content audits & enhance search rankings.
• Implement SEO tactics like keyword research & link-building.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs & SEMrush.
• Optimize evergreen & high-performing content.

• Engage with crypto & fintech communities on key platforms.
• Leverage influencer partnerships, AMAs & guest content.
• Optimize social media & newsletter distribution.

• Align branding with designers, developers & marketing teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends & algorithm changes.
• Test & refine strategies.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience working in the domain in growth marketing, SEO, or digital marketing (preferably in crypto, fintech, or finance).
• SEO & Content Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and content optimization.
• Analytics & Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Social Media & Community Growth: Experience in leveraging social platforms for organic engagement.
• Adaptability & Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of diverse industries, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, Web3, and emerging market trends.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
