Ultraviolette Automotive - Country Manager - Sales - European Region

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Country Manager - Sales to lead and manage our sales operations in the European Region. As the Country Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies, establishing strong distributor & dealer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for expanding market share, executing regional sales strategies, and optimizing our brand presence in the European market.
Required Skill:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth in diverse markets.
- Experience managing large, multi-country distributors and dealers across multiple regions.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends, key players, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
- Export documentation usage & understanding
Preferred (additional skills that would be a plus):
- In-depth product knowledge of electric two-wheelers
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies

- Experience in the electric two-wheeler segment
- Technical Tools: (Please add the tools/platforms / Software / Hardware experiences)
Working knowledge of BI tools:
- MS Office - Proficient in developing presentations for management reviews & comfortable in working with large data on excel
- Familiarity with Dealer Management System (DMS)
