Shifts: US Rotational Shifts
Work Days: Monday to Friday | Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
CTC: Up to 10 LPA

A leading Fortune 500 captive insurance organization is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Insurance Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong English communication skills who are looking to build a long-term, stable career with a globally respected insurance brand.
Interview Process
* Walk-in interviews at Mumbai on 9th January and Bangalore on 10th, January plus Virtual Interviews for Outstation candidates.
Selected out-station candidates would need to relocate to Bangalore at their own expense.
After screening, the candidates will be call for Walk-in Drive
Key Requirements
* Excellent spoken English communication skills
Experience in Insurance / BFSI voice processes within an international BPO is highly preferred

Working knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Willingness to work US rotational shifts from office in Bangalore
Immediate joiners will be given preference
