About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern - K12 to support the smooth execution of K12 classes and day-to-day academic operations. The role involves class coordination, educator support, scheduling, learner communication, and operational follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of K12 classes.
• Coordinate with educators, academic teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage class schedules, session updates, and operational trackers.
• Ensure timely communication of class-related information to learners.
• Monitor live classes and resolve or escalate operational issues.
• Maintain attendance, class data, reports, and operational records.
• Support academic and business teams with ad-hoc operational activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student with strong organizational skills.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Interest in EdTech, K12, or online learning is a plus.
