Job Description
: Inside Sales Caller (1-3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Caller with 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team, focusing on SAP, Salesforce, or Tableau-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Business Owners) to identify their business needs.
- Pitch the value proposition of our enterprise solutions and book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects through a structured cadence of calls and emails.
- Stay updated on SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau products to articulate their benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and optimize lead conversion rates.
Requirement :-
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, email marketing and LinkedIn Navigator based lead generation for enterprise software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Tableau preferred).

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward scheduling sales meetings.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
