About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist the manager/senior manager in providing company secretarial matters/FEMA rules and regulations/legal documentation and matters for private companies incorporated in India or outside India


• Handle full set of company secretarial documents and activities


• Prepare resolutions, notices (board meeting and general meeting), and correspondence requirements of the company for review by the manager


• Maintain statutory records for the companies


• Update and maintain records/information


• Follow instructions from the manager and other superiors


• Handle legal matters related to onboarding vendors and subcontractors for the company at the PAN India level
