Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Impact:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions, including Invoice Discounting, Dynamic Discounting, Reverse Factoring, and Trade Finance, targeting key sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, and Electronics.
- New Logo Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Act as the primary hunter to identify, prospect, and close deals with large corporate treasuries, CFOs, and procurement leaders. Own and consistently exceed annual sales targets for the SCF portfolio.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and manage C-level relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and FinTech partners to establish co-lending, referral, and platform partnership models that accelerate business growth.
- Solution Selling & Client Advisory:

Conduct high-level consultative discussions with clients to understand their P&L and balance sheet challenges. Design and present tailored SCF programs that optimize working capital for both buyers and suppliers.
- Ecosystem Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal product, technology, operations, and risk teams, along with external financial partners, to structure, price, and deliver seamless SCF implementations.
- Market Intelligence & Product Strategy: Act as the voice of the market by providing insights on customer requirements, product enhancements, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies to influence the future roadmap of the SCF platform.
What You Bring (Must-Have Requirements):
Total Experience: 8 - 17 years

5-10 years of direct, quota-carrying sales or business development experience in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Working Capital Solutions.
- Deep Domain Expertise: Strong conceptual and practical understanding of SCF products, including payables and receivables finance, trade credit, balance sheet financing, and the working capital cycle. Experience in structuring complex deals is essential.
- Established Network: A strong network within corporate treasuries across large and mid-sized enterprises and/or with Banks and NBFCs in transaction banking or SCF divisions.
- Hunter Mindset: Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build a sales pipeline from scratch, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, treasury, finance, and technology teams.
- Executive Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of digital SCF solutions to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
