What Youll Be Doing:

  • Engage and Connect with Clients:
  • Reach out to potential business clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our IT solutions.
  • Qualify leads and identify new opportunities by researching target companies and understanding their IT challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, ranging from IT managers to C-level executives, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business problems.
  • Present Solutions:
  • Share the value of our IT products and services through engaging calls, demos, and virtual meetings.
  • Tailor your pitch to each clients needs, demonstrating how our technology can help them achieve their goals.
  • Be the voice of our company passionate, clear, and confident when explaining our offerings.
  • Drive Sales Success:
  • Manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, ensuring you hit your sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create and send personalized quotes and proposals, negotiating the best terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to close deals and drive business growth.
  • Nurture Client Relationships:
  • Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients by staying in touch and ensuring their ongoing success with our solutions.
  • Be proactive identify new needs as businesses grow and suggest relevant IT solutions to keep them ahead of the curve.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, answering questions and guiding customers through the implementation phase.
  • Stay On Top of the Industry:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the IT sector so you can provide the most relevant and up-to-date solutions to your clients.
  • Share insights and feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve our offerings and customer experience.
  • Work as a Team:
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure were providing the best possible service to our clients.
  • Contribute ideas, share best practices, and participate in regular training to continually improve your sales skills.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or tech space. Youve sold products or services to businesses and know how to engage decision-makers.

    Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills you can explain complex IT solutions in simple, relatable terms.
  • Strong listening skills youre able to understand a clients challenges and provide a tailored solution.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude youre self-motivated and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and comfortable using tech tools to manage your sales process.
