Pvt Wealth mgr provides wealth-management and investment solutions to HNI and UHNI clients, with offerings across equity, fixed income, alternative investments, portfolio monitoring, family office services and estate planning. Its investment proposition includes an open-architecture approach to third-party investment products.

Job Purpose:

To acquire, manage and deepen relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), business promoters, entrepreneurs and family offices. The role requires strong relationship-management capabilities, investment-product knowledge, a proven AUM track record and the ability to deliver customized wealth solutions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, business owners and family offices through professional networks, referrals and market relationships.
• Manage an existing client portfolio with a demonstrated AUM track record of 100 crore or more, subject to validation of individual contribution and ownership. ATS Aum per client should be appx 10 CR Plus.
• Understand client investment objectives, liquidity needs, risk appetite and time horizons to facilitate suitable investment solutions.
• Develop client relationships across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, equities, bonds, fixed-income products and other relevant investment solutions.
• Understand the broader financial needs of business families, including wealth preservation, intergenerational wealth transfer, estate planning and family governance, coordinating with relevant specialists where required.
• Drive net new AUM, revenue growth, client acquisition, wallet share and cross-selling through long-term client relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance, communicate relevant market developments and coordinate periodic investment reviews with clients.
• Follow applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, client suitability standards and documentation procedures.

Candidate Eligibility:

• Experience: 8 - 15 years in Private Wealth Management, UHNI Relationship Management, Private Banking or a closely related wealth-advisory role.
• AUM: Currently manages or has demonstrable responsibility for a client book of 100 crore or more.
• Client Profile: Established exposure to UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, business promoters, senior executives or family offices.
• Products: Good understanding of PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, equities, bonds and fixed-income products.
• Business Development: Proven record of client acquisition, AUM growth, revenue generation and relationship retention.
• Education: Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
