Business Expansion & Growth Manager - Healthcare

• Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall business expansion across geographies and strengthen D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) presence
• Lead revenue growth initiatives and ensure consistent business performance
• Enhance customer experience through service innovation and process optimization
• Manage and scale large-scale operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Gather market intelligence, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Design and implement new business models for sustainable growth
• Oversee capacity planning to support rapid operational scale-up
• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to execute growth strategies
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams; drive a culture of accountability and excellence

Candidate Profile:

• MBA / PGDBM in Marketing or B.Tech from Premier B-Schools
• Proven track record in business growth, expansion, and operations leadership
• Strong understanding of D2C business models and customer-centric strategies
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
