- We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager South to lead and drive business growth across the South India region for a leading organization in the precious metals segment.
- This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, distribution networks, and channel management, along with the ability to build scalable business strategies and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Regional Business Management :
- Own and drive end-to-end business performance across the South India region.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Sales & Distribution :
- Build, expand, and optimize distribution networks and channel partnerships.
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and market share across key territories.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners.
Channel & Stakeholder Management :
- Manage and grow key stakeholder relationships across the region.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Drive channel efficiency and ensure alignment with business goals.
Market Insights & Strategy :
- Leverage deep understanding of South India market dynamics to drive strategy.
- Identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning in the region.
Team Leadership & Execution :
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to drive high performance.
- Ensure strong execution of sales plans and operational excellence on the ground.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results orientation.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 1012 years of experience in regional sales or business management roles.

- Strong exposure to South India market, with proven experience managing the region.
- Experience in consumer durables, luxury goods, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale distribution networks.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and managing channel partners.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
