Hiring For: A company into manufacturing of products supporting Defence and Aerospace.
Location : Delhi
Industry : Defence & Aerospace Manufacturing
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary : Upto 15L
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM and Corporate functions.
- Handle niche & technical hiring across defence manufacturing and engineering domains.
- Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and industry mapping.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers for critical positions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and joining closures.
- Develop strong talent pools from Defence, Aerospace & advanced engineering companies.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
Candidate Specifications
- Experience: 5–8 years | Location: Delhi
- Defence/Aerospace/Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
