This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Igatpuri, India. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational hiring needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting job listings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also manage onboarding processes and maintain candidate databases to ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle.

• Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and job posting tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
• Creative problem-solving capabilities for developing effective hiring strategies
• Attention to detail for database management and documentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
