Job Description
• Analyze legal issues and prepare responses to them in writing and orally. • Collect data and provide the information required to conduct research, analysis and studies of a legal nature. • Prepare detailed and summary reports on the results of research and studies. • Review contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding. • Checking the circulars and letters received and issued by the university regarding any legal matters. • Preparing legal memoranda and legal opinions in cases, appeals or appeals on behalf of the university, before the state courts through the State Lawsuits Authority in cases filed by and against the university • Preparing and reviewing draft decisions issued by the university sectors. • Participate in the membership of committees responsible for preparing, reviewing and updating the laws and policies of the university • Participate in the membership of grievance committees from employees or students • Collecting and organizing the rules, regulations, decisions and instructions related to the field of work of the university, studying them and submitting the necessary suggestions for their development • Carrying out any other work related to the nature of the work upon assignment
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor of Law. Masters degree in law is preferred.

Preferred Qualification
Proficiency in the skills of conducting research and legal studies. - Ability to draft contracts and agreements and deal with legal documents. - Understand the legal regulations and procedures of the court. - Proficiency in communication skills and dealing with different personalities. - Flexibility and ability to withstand work pressures. - Commitment to deadlines and the ability to organize time.
