Role Overview

Head of Sales & Marketing to lead its Sales, Marketing, and Distribution functions across domestic and international markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, expanding market presence, strengthening brand equity, and delivering ambitious sales and profitability targets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Export functions.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, and marketing budgets.
• Drive business growth across Retail, Institutional, and HORECA channels.
• Lead and mentor Sales, Export, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
• Strengthen distribution networks and expand market reach.
• Drive brand-building initiatives, trade marketing, and new product launches.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and commercial performance.

Key Requirements

• MBA with 20–25 years of experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing large Sales & Marketing teams.
• Strong exposure to domestic and international business.
• Expertise in distribution management, trade marketing, brand building, and business development.
• Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
