Job Description

Data Analysis and Reporting Support

  1. Consolidate sales data across EMG regions, product lines, and customer segments.
  2. Analyze key business metrics such as sales cycle, customer conversion rate, and payment collection period.
  3. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for EMG to support management decision-making.
  4. Provide regular updates on the achievement of sales performance indicators.

2. Sales Process, Tools, and Compliance Management

  1. Prepare and review contract between HQ and BP/Customers.
  2. Lead the development and optimization of standardized sales processes across all EMG regions to improve internal efficiency.
  3. Oversee the compliance of sales activities to ensure alignment with medical industry regulations (e.g., bidding procedures, tender registration, third-party distributor compliance).
  4. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of sales leads, customer records, and product usage data.
  5. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment.

3. Business Operations

  1. Monitor the progress of key business KPIs and organize weekly and monthly business review meetings.
  2. Assist the Regional General Manager in coordinating business meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking the implementation of action items.
  3. Prepare project materials, proposal presentations (PPT), summary reports, speeches, and external communication documents as requested by the Regional GM.
  4. Liaison with each function.
  5. Support the handling of urgent, ad hoc, or confidential matters.

4. Other Tasks Assigned by the Regional General Manager

Requirements

  1. Masters degree,EMBA or a relevant field of study.
  2. Fluent English speaking. Arabic/French is a plus
  3. 3-5 years of office work experience with full responsibility
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, teamwork spirit, and eagerness to learn and develop within the organization.
  5. Good logic and critical thinking.
  6. Passion to work effectively and support the UIH team in all aspects.
  7. Willingness to learn and develop oneself.
