Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase professional to lead and independently manage engineering procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing engineering-related materials, vendor development, negotiation, and procurement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle end-to-end engineering procurement activities.
- Source and procure engineering equipment, machinery, spares, consumables, and capital items.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor base while identifying new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and projects teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement planning.
- Ensure timely purchase order processing, follow-ups, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost optimization initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related discipline) preferred.
- Minimum 15+ Years of Experience including Minimum 5 years of independent experience in engineering procurement.
- Overall experience in purchase or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Textile industry experience will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
