Desktop Support Engineer (Entry Level)

• Install and provide technical support for Synersoft BLACKbox solutions for customers in Mumbai.
• Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer or Ammy Admin.
• Visit customer locations when required for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Support and manage BLACKbox features including:

• Firewall
• File Server
• Mail Server
• Endpoint Security
• Storage & Backup
• Domain Controller
• Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of installations and support activities.

• Knowledge of computer assembly and hardware troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration of Windows OS and Linux
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Configuration of routers and switches

  Get Hired
• Good English communication skills
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel

• CCNA certification preferred

• Diploma in Computer & Networking
• MCSE / MCSA
• BE / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science or related field)
