Job Description
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training, as well as handling exit interviews and final settlements.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a neutral mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, addressing employee grievances, and organizing engagement activities to boost employee morale.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring that all company practices comply with local labor laws and regularly updating employee handbooks and policies.
- Operations & Administration:Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS, tracking attendance, and coordinating with the finance team for timely payroll processing.

Experience Required: 5+ years
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management, PGDM (HR), or a related field
