Job Description

    The Business Finance position at L&T Seawoods in the Finance & Accounts department reports to the Head of Business Finance. The main responsibilities of this role include creating detailed business analysis, identifying problems and opportunities, and proposing solutions. You will be involved in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making processes. Analyzing trends of key performance indicators related to financial metrics and preparing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for executive management review are also crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be required to conduct cost benefit analysis and variance analysis, as well as define business requirements and communicate them to stakeholders effectively.
    The primary objective of the Business Finance role is to provide solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. This encompasses tasks such as budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, planning and monitoring, variance analysis, pricing strategies, and comprehensive reporting. Furthermore, the role involves defining business requirements and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

    Candidates applying for this role are required to have an MBA in Finance or be a Chartered Accountant with 6-7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and cost-benefit analysis is essential. The budget for this position is up to 14 LPA.,
