Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Unity Small Finance Bank, located in Kozhikode. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to the banks growth by meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
