Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Unity Small Finance Bank, located in Kanchipuram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key daily tasks include managing the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will also involve implementing banking products and promoting the banks services to enhance market presence.
