• Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Research new technologies and best practices relevant to your track.
• Document your work and contribute to the teams knowledge base.
  

Who is Eligible
We are looking for passionate learners who meet the following criteria:

• Current Students: In their 4th (final) year of a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, or MCA program.
• Recent Graduates: Completed their degree in 2024 or 2025.
• Location: Able to work full-time from our Kolhapur office.
• Core Skills: Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Databases).
• Attitude: Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and great communication.
  

Required Skills By Track

• Web Development Intern
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with a frontend framework (like React, Angular, or Nextjs).
• Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring Boot) and REST APIs.
• Mobile Development Intern
• Experience with a cross-platform framework (Flutter or React Native) is highly preferred.
• OR native development experience (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift for iOS).
• Understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and UI/UX principles.
• Artificial Intelligence Intern
• Solid grasp of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Interest in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive modeling.
• Cyber Security Intern
• Knowledge of core security principles (Network Security, Cryptography, Identity & Access Management).
• Familiarity with common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and security tools.
• Passion for ethical hacking, penetration testing, or security analysis.
• Data Analytics Intern
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
