## How you will excel your role:

• Expert knowledge of the local Indian payments ecosystem and deep understanding of the local payment methods specificities
• Demonstrated experience of negotiating buy / sell rates with banks and other providers
• Strong skills in pricing analysis with regards to its main factors and drivers
• Experience with Subvention model pricings establishment and tracking
• Understanding of the local acquiring banks requirements: escrow accounts conditions, settlement timelines, onboarding and compliances nuances, etc
• Cross-border banking relations experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Gift-city related opportunities (accounts opening, netting, etc)
• Significant track record of working with international and local card schemes (MC, VISA, RUPAY, AmEx, etc)
• Bin-sponsorship and other similar models understanding
• Knowledge of the local cards pricings: OnUs vs OffUs models, premium-mix, blended rates, etc
• Understanding of the MCCs requirements and limits
• Mark-up definition capabilities, knowledge of key competitors commercial approaches
• Knowledge of NPCI requirements for UPI and Rupay
