Role description:

Were looking for someone who can open doors, start conversations and turn lets catch up sometime into signed projects.

This role is for you if:

You enjoy sliding into inboxes (professionally),

turning cold messages into warm calls,

and warm calls into paid shoots.

What youll do every day:

Find and reach out to brands, creators & agencies

Craft smart, non-cringey cold DMs and emails

Set up and run discovery calls & pitches

Build and manage a solid lead pipeline

Send proposals, follow up, and close deals

Build partnerships with talent managers and marketing agencies

You should have:

25 years in sales/business development (agency experience = brownie points)

Great communication and persuasion skills

Zero fear of cold outreach and follow-ups

Basic understanding of digital content, creators & brand campaigns

Hunger to chase targets and beat them

Big plus if you already know people in:

brands, creator agencies, influencer or media ecosystem.
