Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities • Own revenue outcomes and improve conversion across key stages of the customer funnel. • Lead and manage large after-sales operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Handle critical escalations and implement systemic fixes to improve customer experience. • Drive product enhancements by identifying customer journey gaps and working with product/tech teams. • Build and manage partnerships with universities and vendors to support business growth. • Leverage data, Excel, and AI tools to drive insights, automation, and operational improvements.

Requirements • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college. • Proven experience leading large teams and managing revenue-linked operations. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Advanced Excel skills and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work. • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and scale processes.
