Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development professional, based in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized staffing and recruitment solutions that align with client needs and business goals.

- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development processes, and client relationship management
