Business Manager - Key Account Management - Engineering Services

Key Account Management:

• Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Industry Understanding:

• Sales and Account Management experience in Engineering Services and Technical Services with experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Lifesciences and Industrial Manufacturing in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Embedded or in Digital services.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.

Performance Tracking and Process Improvement:

• Analyze sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Presales, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
