- * Product innovation & solution design – create differentiated, modular and industry-specific propositions.
- * Pricing & underwriting intelligence – develop benchmarks, referral logic, appetite matrices and data-led underwriting insights.
- * Broker & distribution excellence – broker segmentation, wallet mapping, conversion analytics and differentiated engagement models.
- * Digital commercial journeys – drive quote-to-bind automation, APIs, OCR, data enrichment and straight-through processing.
- * Emerging risks & ecosystem partnerships – develop capabilities around Cyber, Renewables, Data Centers, BESS, GCCs and new-age risks.
- * Business excellence & knowledge hub – competitor intelligence, best practices, training, dashboards and cross-functional execution support.
