Job Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned Corporate Sales Professional for a leading General Insurance Broking firm. The role involves driving corporate client acquisition, managing key relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions across Employee Benefits (EB) or Non-EB products.
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition in the corporate segment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present insurance proposals & solutions
- Negotiate with underwriters for best terms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms
- Track market trends & competition
- Collaborate with internal teams

- 10+ years in General Insurance / Insurance Broking
- Strong experience in Corporate / B2B Sales
- Expertise in EB (Employee Benefits) OR Non-EB products
- Experience in Direct Sales / Client Acquisition
- Ability to build corporate relationships
- Broking background preferred
