We are looking for a Product Manager with 4–6 years of experience to join the Customer Experience team at Upstox and build the next generation of agentic, AI-powered products. This role is for Agentic Product Managers who think beyond static features and instead design intelligent systems that can reason, automate, and continuously improve user outcomes.
You will work across both customer-facing (B2C) applications and internal platforms, building tools and experiences that elevate the end-to-end customer journey. From enhancing the retail investor app experience to empowering internal teams with smarter systems, your work will directly impact how users interact with Upstox at scale.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives across both customer-facing apps and internal tools within the Customer Experience domain
• Build and scale AI-driven product experiences using LLMs, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation
• Design, implement, and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for customer and internal use cases
• 
  Discover, solve and lead end to end product improvements, own their road maps, and deliver features for consumer applications.
• Drive problem discovery by deeply understanding user pain points, support journeys, and operational workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, operations, and business teams
• Lead stakeholder management across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and execution plans
• Define clear success metrics and use data to drive continuous iteration and improvement
• Take full ownership and accountability for product outcomes, from ideation to scale
  

Who you are-

• 4–6 years of product management experience with strong B2C product exposure (mandatory)
• Proven experience shipping and scaling user-facing digital products
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with high accountability for business and user outcomes
• Must be AI enabled, i.e. the person must use AI for improving their own as well as teams productivity (by sharing best practices and templatising processes).You will continue to be responsible for the output generated via AI tools, in your own area of work
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with:
• AI/ML systems, especially LLM-based applications
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Agentic systems, copilots, or autonomous workflows, context and prompt engineering
