Role Overview:
As a Senior Category Manager (On-Ground Ops), you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency within our on-ground service delivery teams. You will work closely with fleet operations, supply chain, and field operations teams to optimize processes, improve service quality, and ensure seamless customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of on-ground operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, service provider efficiency, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize on-ground operations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations, field performance, and supply chain to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with fleet management teams to ensure optimal vehicle utilization, maintenance, and route planning for service professionals.
- Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to service professionals in the field.
- Develop and implement training programs for service professionals to enhance their skills and improve service delivery standards.
- Monitor and manage service provider performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their efficiency and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline on-ground operations and improve data visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and resolve escalations related to on-ground operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, maintenance, and route planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in on-ground operations, fleet management, or supply chain management.
