Role & responsibilities

US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles as per the client requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills.
• Looking for an aggressive, quick learner, with a passion for continuous learning and performing with a high and rewarding career in recruitment.
• Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship and client / Candidate engaging skills.
• Responsible for Sourcing potential candidature based on the client job description.
• Should be able to learn quick and start using the online platform tools (like dice, Monster & Naukri, etc) to identify potential resources.
• Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities and role fit.
