Client Relations Specialist - US Market

Experience: 13 Years

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, research-driven, and client-focused professional to manage and grow relationships with US-based ministries, churches, and Christian organizations.

This role combines Client relations, research, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate understands US client expectations, faith-based communication sensitivity, and B2B marketing strategy.

If you can build relationships, conduct meaningful research, and drive engagement this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success & Relationship Management

Manage and nurture relationships with US-based ministries, churches, and Christian organizations.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication

Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement

Conduct onboarding, regular follow-ups, and performance reviews

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Align with the product/tech team to plan for product onboarding & maintenance

Research & Market Intelligence:

Conduct in-depth research on US ministries, denominations, and Christian networks

Good to identify partnership and outreach opportunities

Good to maintain structured research databases and insights

Analyze market trends and engagement patterns

Marketing & Outreach:

Support and execute marketing campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Outreach campaigns)

Develop value-driven messaging aligned with Christian mission and organizational goals

Generate qualified leads and support conversion efforts

Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

Required Skills:

13 years of experience in Client success/account management/marketing

Experience working with US clients

Strong understanding of client management and processes

Strong research and analytical skills

Experience with CRM tools

Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

Cultural sensitivity and understanding of faith-based organizations

Preferred:

Experience working with international clients.

Comfortable working in US time zones

Immediate availability
