Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer at UST, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes and marketing automation. Your collaboration with stakeholders across various teams will ensure robust CRM and Pardot integrations, following best practices in Salesforce development and campaign automation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Build and maintain Pardot assets, including landing pages, forms, email templates, and automation rules.
- Support marketing teams with campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting in Pardot.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Pardot-related issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce and Pardot platform updates, recommending improvements.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot (Account Engagement).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
- Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
