- You will be part of a dynamic team at Vagaro Technologies Pvt Ltd, dedicated to developing a comprehensive business management platform and online marketplace serving the salon, spa, and fitness industries. As a Software Architect (.Net + API + React JS) with over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Your responsibilities will include hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and team mentorship, focusing on modern, cloud-ready, microservices-based platforms and optimizing existing ASP.NET applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications utilizing ASP.NET, .NET Core Web API, and React.js.
- Define and maintain architecture blueprints, technical designs, and documentation.
- Drive frontend architecture and development using React.js, incorporating modern UI/UX best practices.
- Implement robust Web API best practices such as OAuth2, JWT authentication, API versioning, CORS policies, and SSL/TLS encryption.
- Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers in adopting best coding practices and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
- Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and ensure proper unit, integration, and functional testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, .NET framework, and Web API development.
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and optimizing data storage solutions.

- Familiarity with CLR internals, performance optimization techniques, and version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code, adhering to fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with WPF for desktop application development, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and message brokers.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of security standards (OWASP, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
