About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in the Web and eCommerce space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams, managing multiple sprints, and facilitating enterprise-wide Agile transformations, preferably within a SAFe framework.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving Agile adoption, fostering collaboration, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver quality solutions on time. You will act as a servant leader and coach, ensuring that Agile principles and Scrum practices are effectively implemented across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Scrum teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile and Scrum processes to achieve sprint goals and deliverables.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the organization.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery timelines.

- Drive SAFe Agile adoption and execution across multiple teams and projects, ensuring adherence to the framework.

- Monitor, report, and analyze team performance metrics and Agile KPIs to stakeholders and management.

- Guide teams in managing dependencies, risks, and blockers in a multi-team environment.

- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

Key Qualifications & Experience

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

- At least 1 year of direct experience working in the eCommerce or Web domain is highly preferred.

- Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.

- Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously within a large-scale enterprise setup.

- Experience in training and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders.
