Position: Senior USA IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. USA IT Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for the US market. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and leverage your deep understanding of the IT domain to bring in high-quality candidates.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach to identify top talent.
• Screen candidates through resume review and phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for selected candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

• Proven track record working with Implementation Partners, Direct clients and Tier 1 Vendors
• Strong expertise in both contract and full-time hiring.
• Excellent understanding of technical skill sets such as Java, .NET, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Machine Learning, and Software Development.
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
