Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and establishing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, developing and executing partnership marketing plans, and coordinating with internal teams to align on goals and strategy. Responsibilities also include building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating partnership agreements, and identifying new opportunities to expand the organizations reach in the market.

• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to generate new leads and maintain partner relationships

• Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
• Experience in marketing or partnership management roles; relevant qualifications or certifications in marketing or business are an advantage
