Job Description
Looking for an experienced Admin / Facility Manager to handle complete administration and facility operations for an SEZ-based IT/ITES office. The candidate must have strong exposure to SEZ compliance, vendor management, facility operations, and statutory requirements. Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 5 years in the ITES industry is mandatory.
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end administration and facility operations including security, housekeeping, transport, pantry, and office services.
- Ensure adherence to SEZ regulations, statutory compliance requirements, documentation, and audit coordination with authorities.
- Manage vendor lifecycle including evaluation, contracting, SLA governance, performance review, and cost optimization.
- Supervise infrastructure maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, AMCs, and repair activities.
- Prepare and manage administration budgets, expense monitoring, procurement coordination, and asset management.
- Support office infrastructure projects including renovation, refurbishment, expansion, and workspace planning initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Administration / Facilities Management.
- At least 5 years of experience within IT/ITES industry environments (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in SEZ compliance management and audit handling.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, statutory compliance, and facility operations.
- Experience managing medium to large corporate office environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing facilities within SEZ IT parks or multi-tenant corporate environments.
- Exposure to office fit-outs, renovation, or infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Working knowledge of labour regulations, fire & safety standards, and statutory frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives or quality/compliance standards (e.g., ISO).
